Work Experience
I have 20+ years of experience as a supervisor at a large state facility in charge of all trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and painting. During this time, I was responsible for annual building permits for the facility, which involved attending two continuing education studies each year as required by the state of New Jersey DCA at the center for Government Services at Rutgers University. I have also worked as a foreman and superintendent of residential building sites for various companies for more than 20 years.
